I have tried to play pokemon y with a legit .cia (for a 3d sprites ripping project) and i have this error if anybody know how to fix this...

ita .cia is nt encrypted right or i need top decrypt?

cia's can be either encrypted or decrypted. so called "legit" cia's are certainly encrypted though. That being said, last I heard, pokemon y (and most other games for that matter) won't run correctly/at all.

Yeah, don't bother running Citra for 3DS emulation yet. You need decent specs just to run what can be run, and that list is very small, Pokémon XYORAS NOT included.

Although if they do run at some degree I'd be impressed.

There's a small number of other things that run okay...ish, however it's still VERY early phases yet, and most games won't even boot. For those that do, most will have significant problems. Try back in another 6 months to year, and maybe it'll be a little bit better.
