Hacking Upgrade SYSNAND 6.2 - 7.1: Do I have to reinstall EmuNand?

Hello,
Currently on 6.2 SysNand with RXtool 2.6 + EmuNand 9.8. SysNand and EmuNand are unlinked. If updating SysNand to 7.1 using game cart, do I have to reinstall EmuNand, or not?

Turn wifi off, then pop the cart in and update. Make sure you boot into recovery mode to remove the update nag if you have it.

How to get to recovery mode?

The recovery mode (also known as Safe Mode Boot) can be accessed when turning on the Nintendo 3DS while holding A+R+L+Up(DPad).
Press cancel when you are in it, and then update with the card.
