Hello, I wanted to clarify how can I start using VHBL on these versions. (currently on 3.51) I know there was an exploit with the toukiden japanese demo, which has been taken down. Any other way??
the demo is back up but you need to do the ps3 swap trick otherwise you will end up with the patched version.Hello, I wanted to clarify how can I start using VHBL on these versions. 3.52 is still pretty new and has zero exploits currently. No PSP mode, no TN-anything, no VHBL, no homebrew, nothing. Even 3.51 only had an exploit via a JPN account, and that was only for VHBL. I don't know if hackers have just stopped caring about PSP mode exploits now that coding stuff for the Vita is actually possible, or if it's just getting more difficult to find openings. I'm guessing it's a bit of both.So does this mean there is zero exploits for 3.52? I just got a used vita slim from gamestop. Apparently all my local gamestops updated all the used and new in stock to the newest firmware. Something with Sony wanting any below with firmware 3.52 updated or recalled from their stores. So they updated them all.
The same happened with me , i got a used vita too hoping to put psp mode on it , just to discover that it was updated to 3.52 by it's previous owner... i am forced to buy the psp games again nowSo does this mean there is zero exploits for 3.52? is that so nothing like what happened with Coldbird before happens ? or just so Sony doesn't update again ?but its been kept secret and away from the public
you mean if a native hack was released than i can hack mine on 3.52 ? that's awesome !so you just have to wait right now for native hacks
No. There is a chance a native hack could work on 3.52 and above, but there is an equally as good chance that it could only work on a particular firmware and lower. My crystal ball is broken, so I can't tell you if there is a magic firmware number, but don't be surprised if one day a native hack does come and you're already on too high of a firmware to utilize it.you mean if a native hack was released than i can hack mine on 3.52 ? that's awesome !

Well sure they are ... they are starting to get a bit annoying with all these updatesProbably because Sony is lazy
Sony disabled PSM on 3.52. That was the entire purpose of the 3.52 update. If you had PSM, it won't work. If you try to get PSM, it won't install no matter what you try.Oh. I think my vita had psm installed before. It saids 1.0. And i could download 2.0. It just won't install the updated
Damn you Sony ..... ruining my chance to hack the Vita !Sony disabled PSM on 3.52.
