My 3DS is on firmware 9.0.0 and I want to ROM inject pokemon crystal but I don't know how to obtain a virtual console game without updating my system to use the eshop.

Instal RXTools, then inject FBI and install the games you want in cia format.

Im just saying the official does the same thing now and has more features. Whose to say Roxas already had a personal version with signature checks patched long before the whole "pastebin" debacle.

roxas said he would probably eventually add 'piracy support' himself, so when someone else took his work and patched it, he did it himself later no problem with that
