Hacking is there a way to get 3ds serial from nand

i'm trying to get the serial number from a new 3ds i temporarily don't have access to.
i have the full nand backedup with xorpads is there a way to view the consoles serial without relocating it and looking at the sticker.

but i have a few unopened new 3ds's and i would want to get the one with the closest serial to this one to be sure it's on 9.0 before turning it on.
idk though that was a while ago he may have already gotten whatever he needed.
