Hacking System transfer from 9.8 N3DS XL to 9.0 O3DS XL or some kind of NNID transfer?

So here's the deal:

I currently have a 9.8 firmware N3DS XL that was recently banned. This console had my original NNID and quite a few things tied to said NNID. I also have an O3DS running on 9.4, and an O3DS XL running on 9.0 sysnand/ 9.8 emunand with a 6.1 backup NAND. I would like to be able to use my NNID linked titles (Mainly pokebank) on my old XL. I've been using rxtools and the gateway exploit to set up what I need to. I do not own a Gateway, it's being shipped at the moment, but I do have a DS R4 and a SKY3DS.

Now what are my options for being able to use the pokebank connected to the NNID on my N3DS on my O3DS? I'm still relatively new to 'hacking', so dumb it down if it's complicated. That is, if I have an option to do this.

I'm not worried about any of the data on my old one. Everything is backed up and whatnot. So a system transfer isn't a big deal to me, as long as it's still exploitable.



...And please, don't reply with "The bans are only XX long". I'm an impatient person...

It's impossible to system transfer a N3DS to an O3DS. It's only the other way around according to the Nintendo support.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Edit: I can't find where it says that, I could've sworn I read it somewhere. So until then, ignore this.

I talked to them on the phone and the woman assured me it was possible, but everywhere on support.nintendo says otherwise. o.0

Sorry bout that, guess you're right then. You'll need both 3DS on the latest firmware in order to do a system transfer. Or you can firmware spoof and system transfer that way (I was unseccessful, it didn't work out for me)

The method I used worked before the 9.8 firmware came out. Unfortunately it came out the same day I was trying to spoof for a system transfer. My goal was to transfer o3DS sysnand to N3DS sysnand. I was able to spoof o3DS for eshop and system transfer, but on N3DS I could only spoof it for eshop access. System transfer still asked me to update. I was so close!!

So overall, I couldn't figure out how to spoof N3DS' system transfer. Both 3DS are on 9.0 btw. Spoofing only works on 9.0 - 9.2

I wound up getting them to unlink my NNID and link to my old one. Apparently the first girl was wrong. You really can't system transfer from N3DS to O3DS. Kind of a good thing. I would have been pissed if I tried with emuNAND and it updated my sysNAND.

I managed to get a really good NNID that I don't want to lose, but registered it to a 9.0 n3ds that I don't need any longer. Are you saying if I call Nintendo they can remove it from that n3DS?

Yeah I have one with a better screen but I don't want to tell them I'm not doing a system transfer

So you transferred your NNID and that's it? They can't do a system transfer because it's from N3DS to O3DS?
Or have you achieved a system transfer, through simply calling Nintendo?

Just the NNID and all that entails. It'll take "2-3 Business days", so I guess I'll see what happens.

No, there's no way that I'm aware of at the moment to transfer from N3DS to O3DS. But you could always transfer data between SD cards in addition to unlinking NNID to a different console. You get pretty much everything that way.
