Misc Is MH4U (US) online on JPN3DS possible?

I really hope I'm posting this in the right area...If not I am terribly sorry.

As the title states, I have a US cart of MH4U. I'm trying to get online with it on my Japanese N3DS (via regionFOUR) but it tells me I need to accept the User Agreement which I apparently can't do. Is there any way to get around this? I was tempted to try Sky3DS but I can't find anything on whether or not it works (US game to JP 3DS)...

My N3DS is on FW 9.7.0-25J just in case.

You could try formatting the n3DS, other than that there's not much you can do since you're on 9.7. The only guaranteed fix requires a hacked 3DS.
