Hacking Want to buy a New3DS. Transfer stuff from o3DS to n3DS?

Hey Guys,

I want to buy a n3DS at Gamestop.
I guess they have some with Firmware 9.2 and lower.
I'm using PastaCFW right now on my o3DS (9.0).

Can I transfer all stuff to the n3DS without Internet Connection or Update needed?

Yea, Internet Connection would be okay but I don't want to update both consoles to 9.7 before I transfer my files.
I don't want to lose the chance of using Homebrew.
I I read that I can bypass the Update-thing with
[How-to] Spoof firmware (to access eShop and more) on New 3DS and Old 3DS.

But can I transfer my stuff from 9.0 to 9.2 (if the n3DS is on 9.2).
If no, how can I update my o3DS without cartridge to 9.2?
Used 3DNUS to update my o3DS from 7.1 to 9.0 (downloaded all cias of 9.2 but only updated my 3ds to 9.0)

Yes, system transfer from (9.0 or 9.2) to (9.0 or 9.2) is fine, if you spoof on both ends.

I thought it works only if both firmwares are the same.

Yeah, no it'll work as long as the version of the system transfer app is the same, which it is in 9.0 and 9.2
