I have two question...

1.is possible to transfer a legit virtual console to wii u due to new n64 vc on eshop

2.In multiplayers game is possible to play with gamepad and pro controller?

1. If you have a game on your Wii's VC and perform a system transfer to your Wii U, you can still play it with vWii but if that same game's also on the Wii U's VC you only have to pay an extra couple of bucks for the Game Pad and Pro Controller support.

2. Multiplayer games should work with any compatible controller.

According to Nintendo's website you can also use the GameCube controller if you'd like for Mario 64.
