Earlier this year Nintendo released the Gold Mario amiibo which sold out instanly around the World. Now Nintendo have announced the Silver Edition Mario amiibo which will be on sale nationwide (US) for $12.99.
What could be possibly be next? Bronze? Platinum edition!?

The PR just says major retailers nationwide. The gold one was Walmart iirc and other big stores.

Nah man, the - ̗̀new ̖́- Villager amiibo just has lots of smarts.

And EB Games in Canada. I'm pretty sure it's an EB Games exclusive here, but I'm not 100% sure...
