Hacking Best FW for PS Vita TV?

Hi,
I'm gonna have a PS Vita TV coming in a few days, and since I don't quite following any Vita hacking news, I think I'm gonna need quick advices on what to do with my Vita TV

Note, I've been reading this and this also found out about this and this, but still have some questions or just want to clarify something

For starter, I don't know what FW my Vita TV will be having, but let's just assume it come with 3.18 (the most ideal FW for hacking I think)

So what are my options?
Stick with this FW or update? Because my Vita TV is Asian and my PSN account is US (and already has several Vita games purchased by cross buy), and as of my understanding Vita TV only support PSN from other region since FW 3.30
so that means if I stick with FW below 3.30, I won't be able to access my games correct?
and if I should update, can I choose to update only to specific FW version? (for example, 3.30)

And I think there are quite a few exploitable games again available in PSN, is there a chance for me to use it in my Vita?
I do have PS3 that can access PSN, and I think I've read somewhere that this might help to download Vita games to PS3 and transfer it later to Vita which not on latest FW

last if you have ANY advices for Vita noobs, please let me know

so it came with 3.01 (yay?)
however as I stated before, no region free before 3.30 and that means I can't access my US PSN account, and I believe that means I can't even transfer exploitable games from my PS3 (US account) to this vita (which can only login to asian account)

let's say I keep 3.01 and create new asian account, do you have any recommendation on the recommended exploit (and exploitable games) for this FW?

I would upgrade to 3.18 manually and get patapon 2.

I think if we'll ever get a vita hack in won't be connected with PSP exploits. Also I can't see this happening anytime soon, so just to enjoy your product like a legit user.

next, is there any reason why I should update to 3.18 and not keep 3.01?
doesn't 3.01 has more vulnerability that can be exploited? or it's just the same with 3.18, and 3.18 has more feature than 3.01?

also patapon 2 is not available in asian store
other exploitable games i found are numblast, ZettaiHeroKaizouKeikaku (Z.H.P japan version?), skate park city. which one should I choose?

yeah I know that story. also thing with playing with non-whitelisted games in vita tv
that's why I want to get the best options with mine so I'm not gonna miss this thing when it's released

actually one of my main reason to get a vita tv is to play psp game in big screen, so fine by me

The vita firmware can be updated manually, you will need a USB stick and the 3.18 firmware which can be downloaded from zload.net

The beauty of having an Asian vita TV is you can have it on 3.18 but the NA and EUR ones are 3.20, which means you can install all your shit on the vita and just pull the card out and slot it into the 3.18 vita TV...

It won't upgrade the card to 3.20 after inserting it making you format it over and over if you are chopping and changing.

That's why I bought a Asian one and have it on 3.18

okay I think enough questions for now and start doing the things
but my ISP thought now would be the best time to have internet down, so even though I've bought the Asian version of Numblast, I can't download it to my ps3
once it goes online, I'll start doing all these things then

So is vita firmware compatible with all regions? I've downloaded one from zload but there's no region information and was thinking whether can it be used in my asian vita?

and is there any tutorials for vita TV?
most tutorials are only for ps vita and use Update using PC method which naturally does not work with vita TV

official tutorial from sony for updating using flash disk mentions to put the FW file in PSVITA\UPDATE\PSVUPDAT.PUP
however the 3.18 FW file I downloaded from zload has 3 files (PSVita OFW 3.18 (pre).zip, PSVita OFW 3.18 (systemdata).zip, PSVita OFW 3.18.zip) and each of them has PSP2UPDAT.PUP
should I just pick one of them, rename it to PSVUPDAT.PUP and expect it to work or what?

okay finally done
I've restored numblast and tekken to my vita tv, update to 3.18, package installer also run perfectly
guess I've past all the hard part and just need to run the exploits

Not sure why everyone wants to use Tekken 2 for the exploit? XS Moto / Sports Superbike 2 is over 20 seconds faster to load the menu and it lets you play Tekken 2 from there if you really want it...

There is no xs motor or super bike on the Asian psn store.
