But can you shoot the dog?!

The detection looks like it is unforgiving and based down to the exact pixels of the current sprite animation. They should probably add a bit of a buffer area around it to compensate for the D-pad controls.

On a side-note:
Did you know you can control the ducks with the opposite pad on a NES/FC? I repeatedly did this to a girl for a total loss every time when I was little. She finally caught on after a few rounds because I finally lost my ability to keep my laughter in.

I actually did not know that, that's a good tip! :rofl2: I'll have to bust out my old Famiclone and try this out, it could be a cool versus thing. :P

Nice, I'd try it but my PSP don't work anymore. So, can we expect to see more homebrew news on the front page, something that seems to have been forgotten about here at the temp. I sure do miss tehskeen.

As long as there's homebrew. there'll be frontpage posts about it on the Temp. Thing is, we're going through a homebrew drought as the scene is slowly migrating to new platforms, so it'll take some time for everyone to get up-to-speed. ;)

Especially Vita homebrew scene. The only public native vita homebrew so far is playing Pong via motion controls in the web browser.

Long live homebrew. We need more ports from the homebrew scene as well as more unique games. I can't get enough of that 8/16-bit goodness.
