Hi all

Before posting this, I did search google and this forum.
Answers weren't very clear, or severly outdated...

So i downloaded a original Xbox game. It's nostalgia, because I use to play it alot on my xbox (which died).
It's Shrek: Super Party. It is in the list of compatible xbox games for 360, so it should work!

Anyone knows how to burn these originals so i can play them on my 360?
i've read I should use a DL dvd. I also read something about "Mulleter"?

Hoping you can help me out.
Apoletheus.

If it is a scene style xbox 1 iso then it is likely not going to work, save perhaps if you have a JTAG/RGH system and the hacked emulator with that.

If it is just a DVD modded 360 then the iso is not going to work -- all original xbox isos released during the lifetime of the xbox were hacked around something fierce which was fine for the original xbox but not so fine for the 360's stuff when that came around. Some games were redumped "properly" during the 360 lifetime but not many and they were not spread far. Most people doing this sort of thing then dumped their own, earlier on you could play with XDVD mulleter but as time went on and banwaves came through most of it was sidelined.
Equally I am not sure what goes with the LT family of firmwares (needed if you are on the current dashboards) and playing copied original xbox games as it was removed from some of them (some of the Hitachi ones definitely, I have not looked up recently to see what happened for other drive types), to that end we will need to know what family of drive you are using. http://www.360drives.com/howto if you needed a guide.

I just looked the game up and this does seem to be a surprisingly expensive game (15 Euros or so which is crazy for a licensed game but if it was amusing then hey, most xbox games seem to go for far less). If you are just looking to play it then I would considering buying it, if you are looking at more then I would consider getting an original xbox to mod.

Thanks for your replies.
My 360 has LTE+ 3.0. Everything i've read so far says the same thing: "Not sure if it will work".

Well, i could just buy the original disk... I'll look for a fairly cheap one.

I burned some Xbox original games years ago, i dont remember the exact steps, but yes you need xdvd mulleter to convert the game into a dvd9 iso, then create the .dvd file with the layerbreak setted to 1913776 and burn.

Edit: Obviously you need an original xbox360 hard disk, dont know if it works with slims or only with the old fats
