Hacking Transferring legit and clean CIA with System Transfer - Do I got this right?

Ok, so I have a standard 3DS on 4.5 EUR FW, in which I installed the 4.5 CFW.
I also installed some CIAs with success.

I have another 3DS XL model on last original FW, which is my main system for retail games and in which is
stored all my data.
I DO NOT have a Gateway or Sky3DS(and don't intend to buy one).

Can you help me figure if the next steps are correct, one by one?


1) By using BigBlueMenu, I may install a clean and legit CIA of a game that comes bundled with 3DS systems on my 4.5 CFW 3DS, like Mario Kart, so that is supposed to work in SysNand.
2) Then, with my equipment and WITHOUT a gateway, I can make and update an emuNand on my 4.5 old 3DS in which this Mario Kart legit CIA installed will run.
3) Then, I can do a System Transfer from my OFW 3DS XL, and the Mario Kart CIA will be added to my eShop
account on the emuNand of the old 3DS.
4) After 7 days will pass, I can System Transfer back from my 4.5 old 3DS on emuNand TO my 3DS XL
maintaining a copy of Mario Kart transferred on my legit 3DS XL on OFW.

Is that possible, and are the steps correct?

Just extract your CFW nand to your PC and follow the tutorial to move an eshop emunand content to the sysnand.
I do that and i have a emunand 9.5 with MK7 , MH3U and SM3DL.(installed with the cfw )
It's works perfectly. And you need only 1 3ds.
But you cant restore the nand.
I will do a hardmod to test if the modified nand can be flashed.

You don't even need this if you have a Gateway, just install the games directly on your sysnand (a sd card without emunand)

The problem is that I want to use the content with my 3DS XL which is in latest OFW (so I can't move the content directly here, I am supposedly forced to do a System Transfer).

Yeah, but after, when I try to run these clean & legit CIA on sysnand (without GW mode), a notification about I have to download again from eshop appears.

EDIT: My Console is from USA, and I've tried with:
-My own dump of preinstalled Mario and Luigi Dream Team
-New Super Mario Bros 2 Golden Edition USA clean & legit

Because , i tried if we can restore a modified nand and install it to the sysnand but i have always the error " NAND.BIN ERROR"

No you need to be in 9.2 to downgrade to 4.5 and use the cfw to install cia game. OR a gateway to instal itl directly on the sysnand.
You cant use the launcher.dat in 9.2+

i think that nsmb2 cia was not good, i think i read on 3dsiso that it did not work. i guess the guy did not test it. i offered to help but he didn't want to share his ticket.db, no problem. i guess eventually he will get it working.
and i am not sure about your cia either

did you install the cias you made in sysnand or emunand?
if you installed it in emunand then sysnand would not have the ticket and yes i don't think it would work.

I would tell you to install a another CIA but they are in EUR.

Can we do a legit CIA of (for example) MH4U or SSB 3DS or Majora Mask ? they are bundled game but i have'nt see any of those game in legit cia.

AFAIK we can only dump clean & legit CIAs form bundled games. The 3DS XL smash bros edition doesn't incluide the game. I don't know if MH4U was a preinstalled bundled or it came physical, but anyway, all ticket.db dumping methods are from 4.x, and the new 3DS doesn't allow downgrading

But we can downgrade a 3ds xl even if it never have the 4.5
Therefore we can do a legit cia of SSB.

Sorry, I was wrong. Smash bros doesn't come in the USA console edition, as Zelda MM3D. It seems EUR always get these great bundles. Of the 4 public clean & legit CIAs, 3 are from EUR.

I can say you the USA have a lot of great bundle(of all consoles we can not have in Europe ).
Ill try to find a SSB 3DS xl to do a legit cia. (bye bye the N3DS Monster Hunter i was planning to buy )
It's too bad for USA consoles...

Cearp do you know why when i have my modified nand i cant restore it ?
And why my games is in english while my consoles is in French and my region is in France ?
The eshop is in french but when i redownload a game like MK7 or SM3DL they are in English ?
