Hey guys, I recently beated the first golden sun on my Wii U virtual console but sadly the lost age hasn't came out yet T_T. Is there any good gba emulators out there that can play it perfectly? I tried vbagx but I couldn't bear the lag.

Thanks in advance!

Unfortunately the Golden Sun games were infamous for their poorly optimized coding; if there's an emulator on the Wii capable of running it without lag and/or sound glitches, I haven't seen it, but then again I also haven't looked in years.

I've never played either of the Golden Sun GBA games. If I were to play them via a GBA android emulator, on the Nvidia Shield, would I likely deal with any issues?

The shield portable has handled just about every emulator I've thrown at it flawlessly so far. I haven't tried gba yet but I will later, after work, if no one else has by then. Best $170 I've spent on a portable, except for maybe my 3ds.
