Hacking Any way to separate "Nintendo 3DS" folder of emuNAND and sysNAND?

Without thinking, I just overwrote my Nintendo 3DS folder with that of the one I was using with sysNAND. As a result, everything installed on my emuNAND is now gone. I'm running a drive recovery scan on it now, but I don't hold much hope for that. Is there anyway I can have a separate "Nintendo 3DS" for each NAND?

I'm not asking to unlink the two NANDs (I've already done that), I want to know if there's a way I can create a "Nintendo 3DS" folder for sysNAND, and another "Nintendo 3DS" folder for emuNAND.

Well, when you do that, it should make another system folder within the Nintendo 3DS folder. One for sysnand and one for emunand. Thats how mine is set up.

Any idea what the folder is called? I had no luck with the recovery, so I copied my sysNAND Nintendo 3DS folder back, inserted the card into my 3DS and booted emuNAND so it would create one for that too, but after putting the card back in my PC, I don't seem to be able to see the folder for emuNAND. These are what I have:

One of those garbled name 98236572 folders is for emunand and one is for sysnand. Not sure why there's a third one.

Ah, okay. I suppose the biggest folder is the sysNAND one, as the emuNAND one should be relatively blank.
Thanks for your help!

Once you have everything set up, I'd do a back up of your emunand and the whole SD. I made a back up of my 9.2 and sd, did the whole thang and injected it into my emunand. Updated and boom, 9.4 and had everything set up and installed still, even my custom Pokemon Yellow theme is still running on it.

Just a suggestion.

Luckily, I just managed to find a backup of the lost emuNAND folder made just yesterday. Phew!
Any chance you'd share that theme?
