Are you sure it was released at all? All I can remember is that they announced the cancellation on the day (or day after) it was supposed to appear on the eShop. Sadly, I don't think it was ever made publicly available.

But man... the things we could do with that...

It was never released

but were there even any demo cars made for 3ds kiosks?
they had yours back in like 2011 where they were touring and showing off the 3ds and i thin they had a playable demo at them no?
people have dumped the zelda demo carts and video player carts , but im not sure if there was even any demo put to a demo cart for this game, if there was i don't why we would not have seen it dumped by now

MML3 got canceled before any kind of release, the only hope we have is if someone steals the prototype code directly from capcom.

They don't have the need to print any cartridge to run the demo, i'm sure it was run directly from a 3ds with the game pre-installed, so a cart is very unlikely to exist, they just showcased the demo to selected people.

Yeah i have no idea...I dont think it was ever even 100% finished from what ive read online. there was a playable version of that but hardly anyone got to play it. I dont think they ever had an e3 demo or anything. I found an article that was an interview from supposedly the only press person to ever play it so I imagine we will never see it unless the project gets resurrected in the future.

Huh, kiosk demos. Who knows.

I wasn't aware that Hyrule Warriors had a demo until I saw the Wii U unit at Toys R Us and it had a playable demo of Hyrule Warriors.

But probably no, because it's very unlikely.

No, the demo was called Prototype which was also cancelled...it was never put on the eshop

The demo was supposed to be released when the eshop first went live, but the eshop was delayed and eventually the demo cancelled as well. Here is a paste from the announcement:

Mega Man Legends 3 is officially cancelled. The notice states that the project did not reach certain conditions to proceed with further development.

Blue Bomber fans will definitely have a lot to say regarding this turn of events.

Additionally, the upcoming "prologue" demo that was supposed to be out in June has also been scrapped.

Not sure if I'm wrong, but I found out from somewhere, not sure where, that EX Troopers was what was left of MML3, then changed a little in order to make dosh out of a nearly finished work or something.

Nah, is nothing like megaman legends, also keiji inafune left capcom and made his own company after the game was cancelled.
