How to get event Pokewalker courses in my retail SoulSilver? The only method I know is using NDS Backup Tool Wifi v0.31f by Rudolph or NDS Backup Tool 3in1+ by Rudolph to copy save file from retail game, then editing the save and then copying it back to the retail game. I am asking about other methods because I am afraid that it will corrupt my save file or brick the game.
If you have access to atleast 2 DSes and a flashcart, you can use a mystery gift editor to add the mystery gifts to the flashcart and make it distributable.

The save is for Heartgold (U). By mystery gift editor, I mean mystery gift editor. That one probably works. You don't need it with that save, though.
Where did you get this save? Because I can't find the source. I was only able to find WCDPatcher method and Pokemon Mystery Gift Editor 1.43 which I'm not sure can make normal game ROM a distributional one.
I got the save from TPP and then uploaded the events into it. I tested it, it should work. what you do is
on your retail game, go into mystery gift, select receive from a friend
on the downloaded save, go into mystery gift, go to your wonder cards, select one and distribute it. It's that easy.

Yes, I needed a dummy save and that was the first one I could find. I'm actually at school so I didn't have access to my saves on my HDD at home.
But how do you actually do this? How to make a wondercard distributable? When I go to mystery Gift in normal ROM, wondercard have only options like INFO & TRASH and I can see there's a option in mystery gift RECEIVE FROM A FRIEND (so were there some wondercards that you could share?). Mystery Gift Editor do this magic or what? Can you explain.
Wonder cards can be set to be redistributable. Mystery gift editor can, as the name implies, edit them. So I edited the wonder cards, which I got from an event database, and set them to be redistributable. I've used this method since D/P to share international events with my friends who can't otherwise access them. It's also how I can get events to my own retail games.
