At this point I don't know why any of these teams haven't.. That or. At the least given us a way to play ds games :/

Market is minimal. If people REALLY want to play DS games, they'll get a DSLite and DS flash cart. 3DS devs ultimate goal is 3DS flash cart support first. To go back to the drawing board to distribute new carts is....well, not worth it.

Furthermore, the DS cart thing only came to light recently with the discovery of cearp and how to modify DS mode flash carts to work on newer firmwares. That's probably why this QQ card combo recently showed up on the market.

well not really, the whitelist thing cearp released is only helpful for unblocking older NDS cards on a fully hacked system i.e can install cia files, this will certainly just be a 9.x compatible NDS flashcard bundled with a sky3ds, those things are like $10 now.....even less to manufacture, its nothing amazing, but depending on price point this *may* have a niche market of people who would of bought a sky3ds if its cheaper than the sky3ds
