Hardware Anyone in the UK purchased a PAL NEW 3DS XL from Play Asia?

yeah as far as im concerned 365games is the only "safe" option for UK customers to get one, , it was only like £5 more than play asia when you factor in postage costs with play asia too......plus when i ordered from play-asia initially they where pissing about with shipping saying it wouldn't be posted out for 2 weeks......so i canceled and ordered from 365games, who where great, received it in 4/5 days even on the free super saver postage
EDIT, but just to clarify play-asia weren't exactly bad, they where pretty straight forward with the refund, although they did try stalling tactics saying "oh we do have them in stock, but we cant post out just yet"
seeing as 365 games only ships to the UK, for pretty much everywhere else playasia would probably be the better option....as long as your country is tax crazy like the UK

Loll i'm from hong kong. I just knew that playasia is located there after i placed my order.
Though I m in Uk currently and my parcel is currently in Koeln (no idea where is it?)
Everyone said their pAL n3ds from playasia should be 9.1 or 8.1 but seems no one talk about japan ver.
Their customer service told me it should be the lastest version (wtf?!)

My New 3ds xl pal came from play Asia this morning via FedEx I wasn't expecting it as they said it would be delivered on the 7th so happy days. Playasia marked down the price on the packaging and I was subject to no import tax. I got the metallic black version and it's on fw 9.0
FedEx always sends you the bill off the taxes afterwards unfortunately. Unless they marked it down to under about 22 pounds, but they probably made it about a 100 pounds.
Here in the Netherlands they send you the bill afterwards, so it seems it can be different in each country. Though what amount did Play-Asia quote it for?
A few people here in the Netherlands that bought it through Play-Asia got the bill a few days after they received the new 3DS.

Its anything over £15 here in the UK and they can send for payment after its delivery.
In the Netherlands it is set at €22,- now I know that in the UK it is 15 Pounds. But you are located in Germany, so I do not know how it is in Germany 
Though here the default postal system does let you pay it at the door, but FedEx sends you the bill afterwards, so it is all a bit unclear since you live in a different country.
