Hacking "new Wii" fun software mod (WIP)

Ok, so, pretty much what this is, is what i'm working on to make the Wii have a Wii U/3DS feel. Like make the Wii Shop Channel say eShop and be orange, and make a Miiverse channel that links to the miiverse website.

I might need some help. I made the channel design banner/icon for Miiverse and the eShop, but how do I make Miiverse link to miiverse website on the browser and make the eshop link to the wii shop?

This might take a while to release, but i'm new at this, so please don't criticize (unless constructive )

EDIT: The wii browser wont even run miiverse. :o maybe there is a way to make it boot the mobile version?

i like the idea but i dont even go to the system menu anymore straight into wiiflow for this guy.

make a wiiflow/usb loader gx/cfg loader theme and im in!

As for redirecting to Miiverse, you could use bootOpera... maybe.

How would someone install the Miiverse WAD and have it work without bootOpera being installed? xD

You could just include the bootopera DOL in the package and have the forwarder link to it.

OP, I love you right now!!! I've been trying to get this community to do something similar for a long ass time! A few things...

1) Forwarders to mobile twitter, Facebook and google + would make for great apps

2) I hope you can accomplish a forwarder to mobile miiverse.
It would be nice if we had a homebrew that could send updates from twitter and or another social network to the Wii mailbox.

3) wiimmfi could use a new site with a forwarder.

4) some way to bring back WiiMail would kick ass!

It would be neat to see an update to the Wii menu. It would also be nice to be able to navigate it with a gamecube controller as an alternative, similar to the classic controller. It would probably be rather tedious to get to work properly, though.

You could achieve the Wii U / 3DS feel with a nicely done system menu theme. About making eShop orange... honestly, no ideas.
