I'm just gonna ask it bluntly - is it possible?
I've tried installing a RegionFree NTSC-J wad on vWii, but the result was a game that felt like it was running in slowmotion (including the audio). I assume that this is because of PAL's 50Hz problem.
Is there any way to make these games run in 60Hz? More specifically, 'Mario Story' (Paper Mario) for Nintendo 64.
I'm sure that if I don't address this, there's going to be a bunch of people who will tell me that this isn't important, but just for clarification, I intend to speedrun these games, and as such:

- The game needs to be in 60Hz
- The game has to be in Japanese (at least in Paper Mario's case), due to certain glitches that are fixed in the PAL / NTSC-U versions
