hey has anyone here bought a new 3ds xl from 365 games? wanna know what firmware is on there please!

It should come with 9.0 IIRC, I don't plan to buy a n3DS XL so I really don't know, most users here said that yes, it should come with 9.0

If I have problems can I take it to nintendo UK or am i fucked?

Yes it will work with UK e-Shop since it's the PAL region, both used in Europe and Australia

As for the repair I don't know, maybe you need to send it in to Nintendo Australia or something, never ordered a Nintendo console outside of Portugal

365games is a uk based company, so if it breaks just send it back to them in the UK, they come with FW 9.0, i bought some myself.

hey, I have a friend in UK who can ship the new 3ds to me outside uk.

I know 365games deny payment for the n3ds with credit cards from other countries, but what about paypal?

Can they know that I'm not fom UK if I pay with paypal even tho i ship it to an UK address?

try it, it will only say not accepted strait away when you try and pay.

Are you sure that you're using a credit card and not a debit card?

Since you're from Portugal you might want to use this method: http://forum.zwame.pt/threads/como-comprar-no-ebay-usar-paypal-e-mbnet.346155/ but as you say that you've got a working PayPal account then it shouldn't be needed.

But if it says immediately at checkout then I can try, I was thinking it was something they took a couple days or so to check
