Aegehn, your font in video looks kinda poor, especially comparing to original one.
I attached original font palette along with *.ACT one.

After applying palette in TileMolester, use 'Edit-->Copy To...' to export image into png.

Create new 8-bit grayscale image in Photoshop, render new letters from exciting ttf/otf font, apply *.ACT palette (Image-->Mode-->Index Color-->Custom-->Load), insert newly rendered letters into previously exported png.

Import image back into TileMolester by using 'Paste From' command.

Hi all,

Giving you a bit of update. Things have been pretty slow those past weeks, everyone has a lot to deal in real life. KHHsubs will soon finish his RGG5 cutscenes translations, so it may free up some time for him to devote into this project. Wickio has joined us, so it should give the project another boost. FShadow is the one who has done the most works in the last weeks, congrats to him. The one big file I keep talking about is near 50% translation, which is already something important.

Anyway this will take time, but if you don't hear from us doesn't mean we're dead!

Things are still a bit slow, but there is progress. We are close to have listed everything that needs a translation, either a graphic or a text. There is still a lot, but knowing how much we have done and how much is left will help us track our progress. Also I've decided to set priorities on to focus on what's really important first : the cutscenes, which conveys much of the main story, and the main graphics. Once done, will come ingame texts related to the main story, then ingame side missions, etc.
Also you've probably see the news about Yakuza 5; it gave me a good boost to continue working on this. I hope with the holidays coming we'll be able to make good progress.

But I mainly play psp ganes and android only
I don't have a ps3
I had an xbox 360 but it died

I have a wii but its at the other house

As always, things have been slow. Every files in the game has been indexed, so we know exactly what's ahead of us, and what is a priority. Still, things aren't moving as fast as I want, but everyone as lives, there are time when we can't commit to the project.
