I have one question. Do the japanese 3ds consoles have option to switch language to English? Cause if it is then when gw releases support for them it will be the most logical option to import a japanese console cause of the huge price difference

Haha nope ;) 残念だろう
If that were the case, I think the choice between a JPN and AUS console would be a no-brainer.

Actually, come to think of it, AUS N3DS XL retails for AU$249, so 177 Euro would be about right incl. intl. shipping.
But if that's the price for an N3DS regular... that's a little priceyyy ;)

i don't like too, i feel like an idiot using it randomly XD

I'd love to use a JPN console, because I understand Japanese. But you should still be able to get around with the icons, and with it having the same UI layout as the English models.

Just learn the Japanese for 'System Update' and 'No' and you should be fine ;)

I'm sorry omegart, but this news actually makes me kinda happy! :P That means they won't take longer than necessary to actually unleash the exploit for the 9.0-9.2 crowd.

I think most of the forum was under the impression that all firmwares would be supported together, thus taking more time for everyone.

thats good to hear :P......i think people on 9.0-9.2 will be pleased, and you never know a game with 9.0-9.2 onboard may arrive soon.....but really a month wait isnt too bad seeing as they probably only decided to add 8.1 support the other day while 9.0-9.2 has probably been in the works for a few weeks already

so that kinda gives up a timeline for release
1-3 weeks for 9.0-9.2
2-4 weeks for 8.1 support

Edit : unless they meant it wont be months, in which case that makes a bigger timeframe  more like
1-7 weeks for 9-0-9.2
2-8 weeks for 8.1

I don't understand why you guy so impatient.
There isn't any game that come out right now worth to pirate, why not go back and play what you had brought.
Or you just buy your 3DS in hope for piracy and have no game come with it like me?
