Hacking PAL N3DS and XL - serial and firmware List

So i saw the thread here (https://gbatemp.net/threads/new-3ds-ll-out-of-box-firmware-database.375616/) for the Japanese N3DS and LL which will catalogue all the serials and firmware revisions to help other members find the sweet Firmware, I've decided to start a PAL N3DS and XL versions.

Post away and i will add them as i go along,
