so, [SomeRandomTEMPer] released this here, you can find it on a certain 3DS ISO site, I took out the link to the file, you will have to go there to get it, it is forbidden to post it here
let's thank this nice guy, who actually went ahead and bought some Themes to share them! he wants to remain anonymous, because he doesn't want a visit from the Big N

Obviously, before installing any .cia files to your emuNAND, make sure you have a recent backup of your emuNAND and SD card files
I am not responsible, if you break something and have no backup


V6: 1 big .cia file, 51 Themes at once, installation takes several minutes
V6_2: 51 .cia files, you can only have 1 theme at a time, every file installs in a few seconds

Downloadlinks:

Put the .cia(s) on your 3DS SD card root folder
Get BigBlueMenu.3ds or devmenu_2x.3ds and put it on your Gateway micro SD card root folder
Start up your emuNAND, select the devmenu of your choice from the Rom Selection Menu
Delete your themes app CTR-M-HMMP-00 (if it exists) and then install the .cia




Going to theme shop, eshop, playing online with a game, that uses DLC, can result in the 3DS deleting the Theme Pack


Sometimes themes can crash, when you select them, select a free color theme first to avoid that

I've dumped all available USA themes and put them in a CIA for ya! As more are released I'll update it! Enjoy!

Yes, this is all of the available USA ones. Europe and Japan have more than us. ;(

These are for NTSC Consoles only!

You must delete your previous theme or theme pack from the dev menu before installing! The application titled "CTR-M-HMME"!

Also, themes you do not own will be deleted from your system if you access the eShop or the Theme Shop!

yes, EUR themes, you can change regions on eshop downloads, but I read, that noone really got it to work for themes yet, they probably have some extra checks in place? :/

the pack will install all themes, you will have to search, which one is the cat theme, because for god knows what reason, the banners/names are displayed incorrectly in the selection menu and also vary each time, when you reinstall it o____o but usually cat theme ends up number 1 in the list and has the "Checkerboard" banner, at least for me, that is :/

it's actually not that complicated, the 3DS SD content converter guide explains everything you need and if you run into problems, you can always send some PMs to some knowledgable guys
[SomeRandomTEMPer] started by testing it with his free Cat Theme and once he understood, how it works out, he bought 10 Themes and built the Pack :-)
btw, he would love to get some feedback from the community, he only got to test his pack with 2 3DS consoles so far personally, so user feedback is highly appreciated

like it says in the description, the labels are all wrong, you actually have to use the theme first to see, which one it its
hopefully that can be fixed soon, but not promising anything for now

tomorrow Ninty will release some new themes
I think 2 new pokemon themes- pickachu and groudon, some mario themes and a sonic theme
sonic theme should be free (if a download code arrives via mail, we will see...) and the 2 pokemon themes will be included, too, but the mario themes don't look so great, not sure yet about them
...about the yoshi one, it's not so great either IMO, because it's just a plain background, no animations focus is on the animated ones, 2€ for a stupid non-animated wallpaper is a rip-off
