How i can convert a custom VC Game, to a cia file ?

Aint it the same method as converting any .3ds files to .cia ?

Pretty sure it's not currently possible, or so I read about a week ago. Something about not being able to generate the exefs correctly.

I've been awake for a couple days so that might not be the exact reason, but something like that.

I know, but i speaked french to this member because he have the french flag

Check under T6 here. One person said they got it working, maybe PM them?

it is possible you just dont need xorpads etc, just extract the exefs and romfs using ctrtool and rebuild as normal
