    • Basically, I was making this for my own personal use, but then thought 'why not share the love?' So, here it is. I'm only at stage one (1st gen) but I plan to have all generations ready (excluding X&Y as you can't AR them yet) for the release of Pokemon Alpha and Omega. I will upload the Pokemon in two separate ways and I will upload them gen by gen. Each generation I upload will contain all of the generation's Pokemon, including legendaries and events. As I said, this will be a full dex. I will upload the .PCM file ready to drag into your AR manager and I will also upload a .ZIP file containing all Pokemon in that gen, for tweaking and stuff. Now, on to the Pokemon themselves. For some reason (don't ask why) all of the Pokemon except Nidoran (f) and her evolutions, and Mewtwo (I think) are shiny. This wasn't intentional, I just didn't notice until I was testing their transferability, but I guess it's a plus... All Pokemon have 31 IV's in all stats (except Mew, maybe one or two other legendaries) and 85 EV's across the board too. Up until dex number 30 or so all Pokemon have the first offensive move that they learn. From then onwards, they all have protect (except Magikarp and Ditto who have Splash and Transform respectively) because I got bored. They are all male, all serious (except legendaries and female nido's) and all hatched from eggs in B2W2. All Pokemon are at the lowest 'safe' level that they can be, Pokemon who are non-evolved are at Level 1, evolved Pokemon are at the level they evolve at, Hitmonchan/lee are at Lv. 20 (due to Tyrouge), etc. Lastly, all Pokemon except Mew, Mewtwo (I think), Articuno, Moltres, Zapdos and a few Pokemon towards the beginning of the Dex are named 'A'. The exceptions have their normal name but are marked as nicknamed just in case. I didn't ad the trash bites in, this doesn't affect the Transferability and they only really check it at official events and stuff so it shouldn't matter. As I stated, these Pokemon are all for the purpose of completing the National Dex, they would need further modification (moves, nature, EV's, names etc.) for battle. I haven't individually checked each Pokemon's transferability but I checked a select few as a control group, which consisted of Bulbasaur (to represent the non-protect Pokemon), Eevee (to represent the protect Pokemon), Mewtwo, Mew Articuno, Zapdos and Moltres, and all of them got through PokeTransfer. Just as an end note, I won't be monitoring this thread for comments or whatever, I'll just be updating it as each generation is complete.
    • Now for the files:

    • Pokemon Complete Dex, Inc Legendaries, Gen 1 .ZIP (all .PKM files)
https://www.dropbox.com/s/j9py1w55q1uyqqt/PokeGen All Pokemon For Dex.zip?dl=0

  • Pokemon Complete Dex, Inc Legendaries, Gen 1 AR Code .XML File (For use with Pokemon Black 2/White 2)

    • (Just warning, the first file that says '-edit-' is very messy and has no particular order. The second file, without the edit is in reverse dex order and encompases boxes 18-22, however two Pokemon are missing/duplicated, they are Paras (Parasect is missing and in it's place is a second Paras, but the second Paras is at the required level for evolution) and Persian (Two Persians, the second one takes the space of Psyduck and has Psyduck's ability so won't pass the Transfer check). It's up to you which file to use, but remember to make edits to the extra Paras and Persian if you choose the second non-edited file.)

  • Enjoy, and happy hacking!
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
EDIT:
Right then. All 5 Generations are done and dusted. If you encounter any problems with the Pokemon, let me know and I shall try my best to help you or fix the files. Each separate .XML file will be listed below, these are literally just dragged from your files and dropped into the AR Code Manager, and following the .XML files will be the Master File containing all .PKM files for all Pokemon. I will put a short descriptive piece before each .XML file telling you any special Pokemon that are in that file.

Gen 1 .XML:
Gen 1 .XML file and description is above the edit line.

Gen 2 .XML:
The Entei, Suicune and Raikou are the Event versions (the shiny ones), some Pokemon are Level 100, I was in a rush when doing those, the Lugia and Ho-oh are the Dream Radar ones (Hidden ability) and lastly the Celebi will transfer but won't trade over GTS as it is a Special Event and it is in Box 24, Slot 30.
https://www.dropbox.com/s/fycpsbxgglg5zd5/FullPokedex2ndGen.xml?dl=0

Gen 3 .XML:
Normal Pokemon aren't shiny, still have 31 IV spread and 85 EV spread. Still have Protect. I added in three awesome Pokemon that I had to hand, a battle ready Absol, a battle ready Shiny Gardevoir and a male shiny Ralts with Shadow Sneak for a Gallade. Shiny Latios/as, Shiny Jirachi and Event Deoxys (all tested and transfer over) are in Box 24, Slot 29/28/27/26 respectively. Also Groudon, Kyogre and Rayquaza are shiny. Ray, Grou, Kyo, Latias/os, and Jirachi are nicknamed 'Hacked' to deter their use in online battles (so the AR haters can't complain), although thanks to them being all shiny and sparkly they don't have perfect IV's. Also, Kyo and Grou have the move Mimic in their movepool, this is legitimate as they can learn it from a move tutor in Gen 3.
https://www.dropbox.com/s/0zd4jzj0578blrj/FullPokedex3rdGen.xml?dl=0

Gen 4 .XML:

Pokemon are same as always. The Pokemon I didn't have space for are Manaphy, Darkrai, Regigigas, Arceus, Shaymin and Heatran. All of these are in Box 24 and they are all the event versions (Heatran is the Oblivia one). Palkia, Dialga and Giratina are the Dream Radar ones and have the hidden ability Telepathy. Other special Pokemon are Riolu (who is an awesome physical Riolu, will evolve into a good Mega-Lucario), Lucario (who is Special Focused, give her a Focus Sash and use Nasty Plot on the first turn, she will kick a**, but she isn't as good when mega evolved), and Gallade (who is just the evolved form of that special Ralts I gave you in the last Gen file, just to celebrate the new Gallade Mega-evolution in ORAS, trust me, when Mega'd he will kick the opponent's a** to Timbuktu and back). Other than that, nothing special to note.
https://www.dropbox.com/s/5nlb11vn5za1xba/FullPokedex4thGen.xml?dl=0

Gen 5 .XML: This is the last .XML file. This contains all Gen 5's inc Legendaries and Events, naturally, and all have been tested and trade over to Pokemon X and Y. Special Pokemon are the World Championships (can't remember what year) Scrafty, and an event Zoroark. Meloetta, Victini, Keldeo, Genesect, Zekrom and Reshiram are all event versions and can be found in Box 24. Kyurem, Virizion, Terrakion and Cobalion were all loving hand made by me (well, not lovingly, but still...) and lastly, Thundurus, Tornadus and Landorus are Therain Forme versions from the Dream Radar. You're welcome. So enjoy the final file.
https://www.dropbox.com/s/ytouh4w90kb5ypp/FullPokedex5thGen.xml?dl=0

Master (Chief) .ZIP File containing all .PKM files which can be edited with any good Pokemon editing software such as PokeGen (what I used to make them) and PikaEdit:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/8h8qdw6enobauru/All 5 Gens.zip?dl=0

So, there ya have it. A database of all Pokemon from Gens 1 through 5, including Events and Legendaries, all transferrable to X and Y, and all of whom would make excellent parents for breeding battle ready Pokemon due to their perfect IV spreads. As I said, if you have any problems with files or codes, let me know. I'll try my best to sort it for you. Note for people getting a 'Failed to write (Codelist Error)' in AR code manager when trying to copy the Codelist to your AR, try deleting the original Wild Pokemon Modifier. This worked for me, so I think the error is because you have too many codes for one game or something.

Enjoy, and Happy Hacking!

Nice. I don't have any Pokemon games (I know, I'm lame) but wouldn't be surprised if this is stickied soon
Don't feel lame. All the pokemon games are the same with minor changes here and there. Fire pokemon have the same attacks, water pokemon have the same attack and so on ... Walk cities to cities while grinding pokemon experience to level up and beat gym leader bla bla bla ... Now THAT'S lame.

seriously though, what's even the point? Why not just transfer the ones you want to use?

I kinda wish you could transfer pokedex progress. Filling them up over and over again has gotten really old.

Right, here's part 2, for the Second Gen. Sorry for taking so long, college work and stuffs. And to the guy who said why not just get them properly, this is for people like me who like to restart the game and play through multiple times but don't want to get two copies of the game so you can have one save that keeps your progress and one save that you can actually play. Seriously, I have probably restarted Pokemon games after finishing the main story over a hundred times, and it makes completing the dex much more back breaking. Anyway, for the changes, the Entei, Suicune and Raikou are the Event versions (the shiny ones) because I had those files to hand and though it would be nice :) Some Pokemon are Level 100, I was in a rush when doing those, the Lugia and Ho-oh are the Dream Radar ones (Hidden ability) and lastly the Celebi will transfer (I made and tested it myself) and it is in Box 24, Slot 30 (I forgot about Stantler when making the original template and was one space short so I shifted Celebi to there). I will probably put most, if not all events like Celebi in that Box for easy sorting. Naturally, this file stacks right on top of the first .xml file (the first version, not the edited one) and continues on the Box space that the first one ended on. It spans Box 13, Slot 25 to Box 17, Slot 3. Last note: These aren't shiny. If you want them shiny, get the .PKM files and edit em. They do still have 31 IVs, 85 EV's and Serious nature (neutral nature).

Here are the Dropbox files for ya.
.XML for Generation 2:

.ZIP file containing all .PKM files so far:

Enjoy peoples.

Just to clarify, these are only for the purpose of finishing the Pokedex and that they can't be used in battle at all?

That is not the case. Filling the Pokedex's pages are their main purpose, they haven't been engineered for battle, they don't have an effective nature, EV spread or Moveset. However, if one was to take the time in game, they may adjust the EV's and Moveset (rather limitedly thanks to the lack of egg moves, and move tutor moves until ORAS) and level up the Pokemon thus making them battle ready, and they are all perfectly legitimate to be used online. However, they would still not be able to stand up to Pokemon that have been bred for battle in game, and that have good movesets, egg moves and natures. Another thing they can be used for however is breeding. As they all have 31 IVs in every stat, once transferred to X and Y they could be used as parents to breed perfect IV spread Pokemon more easily.

.PCM? Do you mean .PKM? If you mean .PKM then pretty much any editing tool such as PokeGen, PokeSav or PikaEdit will work. The other file, the .XML one, is the actual code files, and they are for Action Replay for Pokemon Black 2/White 2 (to be transferred over). Unfortunately I don't think they let outside users upload PowerSaves and all hacking through PowerSaves is done through their personal website (it uploads the save to their server, applies hacks then re-downloads and writes the hacked save to the card) and there is no option to upload your own codes.

For Powersaves users without Action Replay (or Pokemon B2/W2)
I have just messaged the Powersaves support team to see if they will allow me to upload a Pokemon X/Y save file that contains all of these Pokemon (and potentially all of the Kalos Dex Pokemon too, depends on my mood). Obviously, it depends on their answer but hopefully I will be able to upload a completed save with all Pokemon. If I do this, you can back-up your save, download my save onto your card, transfer all Pokemon into PokeBank and then recover your save with the back-up system on Powersaves. I'll let you guys know if I get a reply.

Update time! 3rd Gen. Usual rules, normal Pokemon aren't shiny, still have 31 IV spread and 85 EV spread. Still have protect. I added in three awesome Pokemon that I had to hand, a battle ready Absol, a battle ready Shiny Gardevoir and a male shiny Ralts with Shadow Sneak for a Gallade. 5 days till ORAS UK release so I should have all of these finished by then. So anyway, here are the files.

.XML for Gen 3:

.ZIP file containing all .PKM files so far:

Update time again. Only Gen 5 left to go and 4 days to do it, but there's 170 odd Pokemon, and in addition to that I have a hell of a lot of work coming up over the next few days, so I'm not sure I can make the ORAS UK release deadline, but I shall try. Anyway, Pokemon are same as always. Here are your files:

.XML for Gen 4:

.ZIP file containing all .PKM files so far:

Enjoy peeps.

were these all caught or hacked in?

Having to rename the OT ids on 600 odd pokemon, dear god makes me cringe just thinking about it.

They all have a foreign OT, either Zero or Xero, unless otherwise stated (events etc.) It doesnt matter if you transfer them to X and Y anyway because even Pokemon you personally caught on B2W2 will count as a forign ID (traded). All OTs are legitimate and have legit ID/SIDs.
