You're just sugar-coating it to seem like you're not doing anything illegal.

And you've also said this too:

You know, at least be honest because a lot of members here do steal/pirate games so you're no better than them.

You do realize borrowing is free right? My friends don't charge me to borrow games they aren't using.

Yes I do enjoy making legal backups for them and having them all select-able on a menu, what of it?

Not here in Australia. Wii U are still over $200.
I'm not talking about the whole batch, just the console unit itself for additional use.

Your friends owns the licence, you don't therefore you don't have any right to have the game at all.

Stop trying to seem like stealing from your friend is perfectly okay.

I'm still on 4.1 and was holding off updating in the hopes of Wii Key U or something to come along. As it doesn't look too promising in the near future, I'm thinking about updating. Not for Smash Bros, as I don't really care about that (commence flaming heh), but that Bayonetta 2 tho!! :)

Smash isn't that good of a game. It's mostly just pushing semi random buttons and losing. Not everyone is a hardcore gamer who knows how to play Smash properly. I want Zelda and Paper Mario, and oo, another World of Good, and HomeStar Runner game.

The backups belong to them, I simply provide the storage space.

It's airtight.

Back on topic, I think I'm gonna update.

"The knife belonged to my friend, I just borrowed it to stab someone."

You can try to justify it however you want but at the end of the day it is theft. Hell even emulating older games is theft due to companies re-releasing those older games on iOS, Android, 3DS/Wii/Wii U, etc. Despite what you incorrectly believe you do not have the right to circumvent Nintendo's disc encryption to make a backup of your game or your friends game. Believing you have the "right" to do this is frankly childish. Instead of beating around the bush and trying to justify your illegal activities just be an adult and own it.

The only thing worst than a thief is one that's too cowardly to even admit they're a thief. It's like an obese woman wearing a corset, trying to slim herself down, and then making fun of other obese woman because the corset wearer appears skinnier. You're not fooling anyone. We all know you're tubby under there.

Kiss my grits man, I'm not taking a lecture from someone on a forum where 90% of the people are here to pirate games.

It was a joke to mess with the other guy, get over it.
