Hacking A few questions regarding the purchase of a burner

So I tried burning a few games and my burner isn't reading the 8.5 gig discs correctly. The general consensus on here and the internet seems to be that I need a liteon ihas burner with specific drives. Is there any specific external burners that you would recommend (preferably with an amazon link)? I'm currently confined to my laptop so an internal burner is not viable.

Liteon iHAS B version.
Search for XGD3 burner or Liteon iHAS B.

You can also search one of the following drives which work with the burner max tool.

You can insert the burner in a external enclosure, it'll work fine.

First one might, second one, nope.

You'll have to ask the seller if it's the B revision of the iHAS.
Other revisions don't work.
