So guys, I ONLY log in on PSN to synch trophies and suddnely I woke up today and my acc was banned.
It says something on the lines of "Access to the PlayStation®Network by this account has been banned or temporarily suspended."

Anyway I can work around this? I really only care about my trophies so if there's any way of recovering them I'd love to know. Thanks to everyone!!

I'm afraid that if your account is banned server-side, it's gone - no more PSN for you under that ID. You can make another account to see if the machine was also banned, it's likely that it was, but you never know.
Have you tried contacting Sony somehow to ask for the reason for your banning?
He was banned because he connected to PSN using a modded system - that's all there is to it. Calling Sony won't get you unbanned unless you really have a silver tongue.

I've seen some videos like this:

You guys know if this works? And honestly, I'm not here about the morals of it. I just want to know if it's possible to restore it in any way whatsoever

It will unban your system by faking a console ID, but it won't unban your account which is banned server-side.

How do you know it's banned server-side? Is it because of the message? The guy in the video has the exact same message;

Oh, that's a real goddamn shame =(.
It's a lesson for the future - never go online with your main account on a CFW'd console. Preferably, don't go online on a CFW'd console at all. At the very least you can unban the system, so there's that. You'll have to familiarize yourself with stealth methods before you go online again or just stick to OFW when it comes to PSN.

Well, honestly I'll just make a new acc for my ps4 (since I play legit there). And honestly I used PSN only for trophies, I liked the fact it registered the games I played.
It didn't teach me any lessons besides don't tell your jelly friends your ps3 is modded.

    One of the sites that weren't blocked on the school's network was some file uploading sites. I would upload some games, write down the URL and take it to school one day.

    It was easy to bypass some of the restrictions, as one of the admins left a registry key in the administrative shares drive, which allowed me to get around the blocking of some sites.
