Hacking Installing HomeBrew on New Nintendo 3DS XL,

I am trying to install some homebrew to my Nintendo 3DS XL. It is running the latest software and I can't afford to go pay $1000 for a development 3DS (if I could I would...). Is there any way I can install .CIA files to my Nintendo 3DS XL running 9.2.0-20U?

The ROP Exploit isn't working. I found one installer for ROP but all it manages to do is to brick NDS mode requiring a re-format of my 3DS.

Is there a way I could write to devmenu .cia files in a way similar to dumping nand. I don't have a nand backup of 4.5.0 for my 3DS so I don't think I could simply downgrade if I could I would.

Is there anything I can do (other than waiting) to install homebrew on my 3DS?

I also have a DS Mode flashcart and I think it can run in privileged mode (NDS not 3DS mode but privileged).

With that information is there anything I can do?

Simple answer to your questions is no. Your 3DS is not on firmware 4.5.0 or below so you cannot do anything also you have no nand back up so your screwed either way!. If your looking for Homebrew your only option is this smealum exploit that is supposedly coming but that is only homebrew, no dev menu will work, that can only work on again FW 4.5.0 or below.

Uggg, I hate it when anti-piracy people screw over a perfectly good console, I just want to run my own code in 3DS mode as the only current exploit is in NDS mode
