I got it to where it's telling me to wait for an email with instructions on getting her unlocked, but that's as far as I am. Might take a bit to get it if everyone's trying all at once.

Check your spam; a lot of providers will redirect non-native language stuff there.

Yeah, I checked. Nothin'. I don't think mine does that, though. I was able to get the "Account registration" emails just fine.

Looks like it doesn't work for european versions of Pokemon X/Y, it says the code can't be redeemed with this version of the software
Since I only have this version, anybody else with a US version can redeem my code

You just need to fill the registration part, not the first one, and mark "acepto los términos y condiciones":

The signal of a succeful registration is a green sign above "Para cualquier player" that says "Registración completa" or something like that.

Got mine, it doesn't like commas or hyphens anywhere on the form. Having Chrome translate it into your native language helps.

Anyone have advice on changing one's I.P. address?

I think I get "Inicio Invalido" when the first letter of email was in cap, or first letter of names wasn't in caps.

Regardless, I have collected some for my friends so far.

Yeah, that's how 3G works. You can re-connect multiple times to get new IP's.
