Hacking should I downgrade this PSP to 6.20 or keep it at 6.60 to hack?

hello,

I just bought a second hand PSP Go on a flea market that came with 6.60. according to the softmod guide (the stickied one by "Rydian") I need to know if my PSP is capable of running 6.20 or has previously run 6.20, but I don't know if that's the case. is there a way to figure that out or should I just use the 6.60 hack there?

Chronoswitch has failsafes that prevent that from happening, but as with any type of modding, there's always a risk. If you follow the instructions, install the correct firmware and make sure that the system is charging so as to not lose power mid-way through the process, you should be fine.

6.20 allows you to use a different exploit, one that boots automatically when you start the system, nullifying the need to use Fast Recovery.

6.20 will automatically boot into CFW once hacked. In 6.60 you'll need to run Fast Recovery each time you coldboot PSP, which takes about 5 to 10 seconds to complete.

Other than that no differences.
