EDIT: I solved the problem! I ended up using the Smash Stack that came with the hackless version of Project M (I assume it's Smash Stack at least) and it was able to load it up! Hopefully this will help anyone who was in the same boat as I was! Ps, get Project M here if you're interested http://projectmgame.com/en/ My favorite mod to Brawl ever!!

I know there's posts on here about this typical kind of thing, but I just thought I would share my troubles with getting homebrew channel on the vWii anyhow.

So I followed every step in the guide on using Smash Stack to get the homebrew channel, but for some reason once I'm in stage builder it just plays the background music and doesn't load the boot. Even trying to exit out, restarting from the home menu, etc. just causes the system to not do anything and I end up having to unplug my Wii U.

I assume it's the boot.elf or something since I tried the "hackless" version of Project M which is doing the same method almost and it works perfectly fine and boots up to the Project M menu. So do I need to download a different kind of boot.elf? I have deleted all the custom stages and have waited 24 hours and all that and it just does't seem to like the Hackmii boot. Should I try downloading older versions of Hackmii and take the boot.elf from them? Also pointing out that my Wii U is up to the latest firmware, but as far as I know it doesn't take affect to the vWii when it comes to the exploits and such so that shouldn't be a problem right?

I highly appreciate as much help as I can get!! :)
