Gaming Pokemon X/Y Arm Deform Glitch?

Hi, I've basically heard from my best friend that he saw a video of a glitch in Pokemon X/Y where basically this guy went into the cave next to Ambrette Town and battled a Trainer and at the end when his trainer raised his arm in victory it extended past the screen. I've been wondering if that actually happens because he forgot to show me the video, he just told me about it. Does this actually happen in the game? I know there's some "character deform" glitches in other games. Please shed some light on this.

I've seen a few corruptions in X/Y related to badly imaged game carts (At least, we think that's the case). Usually when stuff like this occurs, they have to go get a refund. There was one I saw before where Charizard's bottom side extended super far below the screen, and it looked like he had a giant shlong.
