So, I ended up to find this fact:

Upper part of Mario, is the same as Luigi.

thats because mario "land" happen after a nuclear war, that are not bushes they are green smog leaved by the bomb so they are land clounds,
as you can see the floor is broken in pieces, and tehre is a hole on it, thats where the bomb fell down, the impact was so big the stone around did get "compressed"

and to proove this, that bricks are pieces of houses which was destroyed by the bomb...they are fragile you can hit them
the question mark one, is a safe where people keep their money, its so good quality it still has money and flowers inside

the green tubes on the ground are the vaults where people and mario used to survive

and there is this weird mutant creatures on the mario land and radioactive mushroms which mutate your body.....


inb4 bethesda stealed the game from mario (yes had been playing fallout too much)
