Oh sorry forgot about that. Anyways, since I have the legit cartridge of pokemon, I dumped the rom but it didn't work.

Ok, if you are running the game on a gateway, it will not be save-compatible with your cartidge.

To wipe the incompatible save file, run the Pokemon rom while in gateway mode, and while the 3DS logo is on the top screen, hold X, B and Dpad UP. It should ask you if you want to delete the save. Say yes, and it will work.

In classic mode, you can run the game from your legit cart, but the save will be incompatible, thus causing you to have to do the same thing.

Oh, thats the problem, my rom doesnt even load the 3ds sign, it just has a fragmentation error.

Well then, redump the game

If it still doesn't work, format your micro sd and re-copy it again. exFat can be a pain in the butt to work with.

Yeah, try using TeraCopy or another decent copying program, the windows one sucks.

I'll usually get fragmentation errors anytime i try to add something to the card, so i just always delete everything and copy it back on.
