Right then
I'm interested in getting together a team of people who could translate yakuza black panther 2 For the psp.

I am willing to translate the jpn language to English

I would like to completely translate this game Yakuza Black Panther 2

100%

Just enough to make it playable for English speakers and listeners

I played it and it is an awesome game fighting wise though like loads of people out there who like myself who don't understand Japanese can't fully understand and apprehend the story and direction of this game. So I ask anyone who can spare some time to this project and complete it with my 100% support and help together we could put a smile on those who will be great ffully like myself if this project gets a unofficial English patch.

It would take less time than ff type 0 unofficial English patch did

I beg you can anyone help me with this Or message some people who do have the capability to pull this off to reply back
here
Thanks

You're either a translator or a rom-hacker to say this, right?
If you're a translator, you should have by now an idea about the plot of this game and basic knowledge of kanji, I assume you know each one of these small fry ones means what 上下左右火風水心力月町海 (and if you dare resorting to Google Translator that scam will be even more obvious since it is fundamentally broken)

If you're a rom-hacker, you should have by now a translated in-game screenshot and maybe a script dump, possibly a script insertor/extractor too.

If you don't have any of those two abilities then I'm sorry but cheerleaders don't make a functional translation team, and any skilled person will view your "project" as a scam and get away FAST. Also, having people think this game is being worked on while it isn't will slow down any other more serious attempts even further, since people don't like to work on games others are already working on.

You want to talk serious to me

This project should have been made years ago
In fact ita been waiting for a translation and lots of people are asking for one including me so since I don't know what to do. I want to get a team together who can teach me small stuff basics so I can help out and not just lie back

Until I have a team nothing will get released and um not aby of the two types you said

Im just a normal person
Who can hack his psp and rootphones and port pc gta mods to Android

None of these "skills" translate into being able to provide anything of worth in hacking a game (NOT just dropping files and clicking buttons, actually applying yourself and having to think), and translating a language that you have literally zero experience with.

Ignoring that rude reply ("if you don't want to do my work as I say then shut up"), you'll need hex editors, maybe UMDGen and tile editors and format specific tools for stuff like cpk or so. Maybe learning mips assembly for PSP, and some programming basics too? And starting with easier more basic games. Puzzle/kid games. DS. NES. Something. Check romhacking.net, or FAST's Ultimate hacking guide.
Improve your English. Learn Japanese, machine translators won't lead you anywhere.
Use the energy you're putting towards whining for a translation that will never come (in our lifetime at this rate?) into molding that wish into reality.

And to be blunt, not much people like to babysit other novices, especially with this attitude of yours.
At least if you want to learn make use of all the resources available and experiment yourself.
No one is doing the experimentation part for you, no single work-for-all method exists.
DO. SOMETHING.

That's the thing though, you should learn the basics yourself. Ghanmi already has stuff to do (I'm anxiously waiting for Ni no Kuni). Babysitting someone isn't something he should be doing.

Besides, he's already helping you.

You should really get a PC TBH. (They're not even that expensive.)
I can't imagine how someone can live without one.

At any rate, unless that tablet of yours is a Tablet PC, translating a game is impossible.
