It happened before, but as I stated on the title I cannot get in Gateway mode.
It just works as a genuine 3DS. Last time, I resolved this issue by reinstalling Gateway and will reinstall Gateway again. However, I am kind of worried if it will happen again.

Has anyone experienced this issue before? Can you suggest any possible solution rather than reinstalling everything?

Install again, including the file on the SD card inside the 3DS (might be corrupt there).
Reinstall Emunand as well.

What do you mean when you say it works like a genuine 3DS? When you go into DS Profile, it doesn't reboot? If that's the case, I'd try 1) reinstalling the exploit through the blue cart and 2) getting a fresh copy of the launcher.dat and putting it on your SD card.

As mentioned in my original post, it works perfectly fine if I reinstall Gateway. I was just wondering if there's any actual solution to prevent this happening.
It doesn't reboot and let me set my birthday and etc., just like a genuine version of 3DS.

If this keeps happening, then it's probably a problem with the launcher.dat, then.
