I bought with PayPal from nds-card.com - but when I checked a few days later it was no longer an option. They probably add a new PayPal account now and then to try to avoid the restrictions, so keep an eye on them if you're determined to use PayPal.

www.zhuzhuchina.com takes paypal, they are legit.
They even have a GBAtemp user in case you have any questions/problems.

Yes, payment information is sent to your email when you order. They are taking some precautions to avoid getting their account blocked so PayPal can't trace the payment back to flashcarts.

People act like they can't buy a pre-paid reloadable debit card... Minors can buy them SPECIFICALLY to buy stuff online. I use mine for Steam game purchases and Amazon all the time.

If you really don't want to use credit card ,
maybe you can choose Western Union , you can use your net bank to make the payment too,
very easy.

Seems now no store can use paypal accept money for flashcarts . Most of them use visa and mater, i have used , safe.

I have a PayPal debit card and have used that I think with my most recent purchase. Gift cards/prepaid debit cards are your best option. You won't lose much if the number gets stolen. Though you may not be as protected in terms of getting refunds as it's mainly only banks and credit cards that allow you to fight bogus charges/theft of money.

Also, I would probably recommend you avoid ebay listings. I'm pretty sure flash-carts are against eBay policy anyways, so you might bid on one/buy one only to have the listing suddenly pulled and your transaction canceled.

i found so many stores for buying my GW3DS by paypal,yet, almost all store give me same answer " paypal dont allow selling flashcart,so they dont use it" , Helplessness i ask one of my friends who have mastercard bought one from for me from modchipfactory.com , lucky thing was the card ran flawless after received, save me from bad mood . =(
