Hardware Best place to sell 3DS that isn't eBay?

Hi, I was just wondering what the best place to sell a 3DS XL is apart from eBay?

Also, I can't trade it in because it is a US one and I am in the UK.

Ugh...I wish there was a British equivalent of Craigslist, but there isn't...sorry....

Have you advertised it as a North American model? Region locks now being a thing it might be more desirable to some.

I assume it is a later firmware model as well, if not and it is hackable then mention that too.

Yes I've said it is an American one and yes it has the latest firmware.

At my local stores they test them with games to make sure they play them OK :/

I've found a site on google called gumtree, suppose to be able to sell stuff on there in the uk.

The thing is, you have a US 3DS on the latest firmware in UK.

This makes it really difficult to sell for the going rate for a used 3DS.

Your only option to try and get more people interested is to lower the price or sell it to US buyers which would involve shipping costs which effectively negates the increase sale price.

Lower the price and sell to non-US buyers looking for a used US 3DS. However, without places like eBay you'll be out of luck since most non-US buyers look at there first.

waste a lot of time to make a free website to sell 1 unique product?

he already put the console in a regular website and is not getting interest, if he made a website he would need to advertisement the website as well. that costs money and\or time plus the resourses he needs for make the website itself, but lets assume he uses one of those free hosting websites, but why would people buy it from a random website with just 1 product?

I sold it on Gumtree for £120, £10 less than advertised
