I need to return a GW3DS unit back to a reseller (A GW official reseller at that) but they aren't cooperating in the sense that they haven't responded to my email (it's been 10 days). I was wondering was there anything I needed to know or do before I call my bank? I used my bank card. It says debit and purchases with it are taken out of my bank account but you can use it as a credit card as well because my bank partnered with MasterCard. Is it as easy as calling MasterCard and saying I want to file a dispute for a flash cart (or should I even say the item is a flash cart)?
