What's the difference between an R4i Snoopy, Gold, Dual-Core, and RTS Lite? I'm thinking about buying an R4 because of Wood R4 Kernal. If anyone knows the answer to my question please share your thoughts below.

Thank You.

Side Question: Is an R4i or Acekard 2i better?

I think not much aside from support. The sites should say if they're compatable with what 3ds firmware. Might try asking in the regular ds section.

As far as I know the only ds cart that's really above and beyond is the dstwo. But it's also a bit expensive comparatively speaking.

They're all different companies. Get the r4i gold, it's the best among them.
Nope, they are not.

That depends mostly on the website that's written at the sticker. http://r4isdhc.com/ has five cards, but according to the pictures of the PCB at their website and according to their kernel, they are all the same and none of them supports Wood (at least not officially).
If you want to have a card that gets Support by the Yellow Wood Goblin officially, you should go with a R4i Gold 3DS (RTS) from r4isdhc.com. But make sure to get a Revision D card.

It depends on the R4 card whether AK2i or R4i are better. But R4i with official wood support that works on the latest 3DS firmware is better than AK2i.

So what would you say is the best flashcart out of all of them?

I would go with the Snoopy one. Not because I have any idea which of the cards is best, but just the sheer randomness of putting out a flashcard with Snoopy's image plastered on it. WTF?

Do you think the R4i snoopy, gold, etc flashcarts or R4i Gold 3DS (RTS) flashcarts is better?

Another side question: Do you have any suggestions for any other flashcarts anything but an DSTWO.
The only difference between R4isdhc Dual-Core, RTS Lite, gold pro, snoopy and Upgrade is the color. But their firmware is a bit shitty. So you'd ho better with the R4i Gold 3DS (RTS).
The best flashcard on the marked is the DSTWO. There have been many other great teams some years ago, but now they all disappeared. Which DS do you have? Do you want to have good ROM compatibility, unique features, fast UI or a cheap price?

Good ROM compatibility, unique features, and the price.

You should really go with the R4i Gold from R4ids.cn.
The cards from R4isdhc.com might be an option, but it's unique features have bad ROM compatibility (no features enabled = good compatibility; RTS enabled = bader compatibility; RTS used = very bad compatibility).
