You sound like your some sort of highly functioning autistic or something. No one is going to do this for you, either call and let it cost you a bit or get a friend to do it otherwise wait till you get back to the states, just because they disabled it for you doesn't mean they can't enable it for you, just wait there is no reason you need your club account back super quick anyhow. Sounds to me like your trying to pull something.
