You need a kernel level exploit on the 3DS' firmware to execute unsigned code for arbitrary memory modification which a) is not publicly available, b) is probably restricted to old firmwares and c) most likely requires hardware modifications to r/w the memory externally with a debugger.

tl;dr: He's basically doing what CE engine does on your PC but on the 3DS.

You still need a kernel level exploit to edit the memory in real time be it exploiting GW's hardware, creating your own hardware modification or finding a kernel level exploit on the firmware.

You act like it's impossible when clearly it's not. Anyone (well almost) can do it if they took the time to try instead of just sitting around saying it can't be done. These guys made the effort and are reaping the benefits. With your attitude there would be no scene.

The exploit is there, and it can be used by anyone willing to try. Just takes work.

Not everyone has the knowledge, time or will to dedicate countless hours to finding an exploit.
Based on your logic, I could design a rocket that leads me to Mars. That, however, does not mean I can physically do it.

Yeah that was it. Before Kaphotics edited the post it had the hoopa screen shot from the ram dump and said it was gotten without powersaves

But you still need a modded 3DS I assume that is on 4.5 which the majority of us here dont have.
