PS1 CD Style Update is Done! Big thanks to drakorex for his huge contribution to the set!

Update Includes: 294 new covers, 2 new alts, 8 cleaned/updated, and 2 that were renamed from the prior set (Final Fantasy, and Final Fantasy II were re-named from [PAL] to [NTSC-U]). All folders/links have been updated. As usual, there's an update folder in the individual download's folder with an update .rar as well.

There are a few covers in there that could use some fixing, but that's what updates are for. :)

Here's a list of some of the covers in particular that need some art replaced if anyone is game.
The following Covers have NTSC-U fronts / PAL backs:
Ducati World Racing [NTSC-U]
Demolition Racer [NTSC-U]
Gekido - Urban Fighters [NTSC-U]
Loaded [NTSC-U]
MTV Sports - Pure Ride [NTSC-U]
Nanotek Warrior [NTSC-U]

The following Covers have NTSC-U fronts / NTSC-J backs:
Runabout 2 [NTSC-U]

The following Covers have PAL fronts / NTSC-J backs:
International Moto X [PAL]

The following Covers have no backs:
PD Ultraman Invader [NTSC-J]
Stahlfeder [NTSC-J]

Have fun!

Found some custom Famicom Disk System covers recently (then found them again on TCP! ) - just spent a few mins remaking some to fit for wiiflow - definitely gonna do them for myself, wonder if you men want em too....? Done 3 up to now:

Akumajou Dracula (Castlevania)
Akumajou Dracula (Japan).fds.png

Zelda 2
Legend of Zelda 2, The - Link no Bouken (Japan).fds.png
(be warned you'll probably get the 'DISK A / B ERR 07' message with this - I find switching disks around half a dozen times sorts that out, kinda annoying but not a deal breaker - music and sound fx are different enough over the cart version to warrant a look!)

Doki Doki Panic
Yume Koujou Doki Doki Panic (Japan).fds.png
(Man do the waterfalls send yer eyes funny! )

Quite a few covers have been done in this style, so resizing shouldn't take too long at all - shall I up them after I've finished?

If you're sizing them all to "shrunken spine", it'd be easier for me to grab the whole set myself and convert them so i can do both standard/shrunken styles. However, if your grabbing them, re-sizing them to 1090x680, and leaving them at that, i will totally take them. I can make the whole set shrunken spine in about 15 seconds. Lemme know!

Yeah, was gonna do shrunken spine only, so fire away buddy! The site I first found the covers on only has the same ones that TCP has, so no need to give you a link.. ;)

There's quite a few that haven't been made into this cover style though (Zelda 1 springs to mind straight away), if I get the time I might have a bash at trying to convert some of those instead.

Just done Super Mario Bros 2 (Jap) in the custom fds cover:

Super Mario Bros 2.png

Probably needs a bit more of a touch up (spine in particular, was a quick job though to see how it'd look). Any good? Game title in the top half on the back cover, or would a zoomed in pic of the plumber himself been better?
EDIT: Actually no, give us a day or so and I'll edit with zoomed in pic (if I get the time). The title is right underneath the piggin area anyway in 'Side A' - !!

Ohhhh, go on then! :D
Just re-worked on SMB2, now I had to shrink down to 1090x680 for gbatemp as the site upload says the image is too large, but my regular copy is the same size as those on TCP:

Looks great, thanks for making the adjustment! I'll add this into the set next time I update it. Are you planning on doing more famicom covers?

Yeah buddy that's the plan, definitely want to do Zelda 1 for a start, will hopefully get more done whilst I'm at it... Got the 'original' covers of those not made from TCP, will sniff out any others I wanna do, then send you the pack - non-shrunk spines, and at the TCP 3366x2100 - letting you work your magic on 'em from there ;)

I cleaned one of the covers from the last NES update that really needed the extra attention.
It's not perfect, but it's much much better.

Awesome guys I'm loving the Famicom covers, very much needed to complete that Ninty emu cover cover collection so thanks to all involved. Trying to catch up on those MSX covers and FBA as well.

Does anybody have any experience on which games run better on MAME over FBA. Am I correct when u say that all games (that have covers) are interchangeable it's because they all run? Straight up I only use the FBA plugin and run MAME none, now I'm wondering if I should.

If I get a new cover that is compatible across both emu's, i am adding them into both sets. I only included covers for verified loading/working roms for both fba and mame. There are a handful of mame covers that i had some controller input issues with (operation thunder, pole position 1 & 2) but i assume there is probably away to configure those. They seem to be working fine otherwise.

Also never tried MAME (Wii) here - think I ran the first emu release once and decided to wait... certainly not tried the wiiflow plugin. Will be doing now though - there's a couple of games in that pack already I wanna fire up - cheers Pepois/mastershoes!
