sure, gateway looks like it might play it, but only gateway can do so.
it seems there is a .cia version and then maybe this one you are asking about has been converted to .3ds, like ace attorney... etc

This is confirmed on pong's repo as working with Gateway but your title is probably inappropriate. I might do a little analysis and see if I can uncover what, if any, similarities there might be between the CIA and 3DS version. Perhaps someone will be able to figure out how they're doing the conversion now that we have a before and after.

hmm.... just what i maybe thought?
maybe this isn't the case... but, so, it seems this is the 3rd thing from the eshop to be in .3ds format.
the other two were harmonoknight and ace attorney, gateway had to disable the signature check for these otherwise they would not play.

people said if gateway were to do that, disable signature checking, that they would be giving us more power than they want us to have.
i thought maybe gateway would only disable the signature check for those TWO games, i'm not sure if it is correct, but if they were to do so, we would not be able to load whatever we want via gateway, we would only still be able to load roms and the eshop titles that they LET us play.

and so i just tested super mario bros deluxe, in .3ds format, it shows up in the gateway game selector menu, but when i select it... nothing appears in the 3ds card icon on the menu...

maybe i did something wrong, maybe there is another reason, maybe whatever... but i think that gateway might be drm-ing us and only letting us play eshop games that they specially add to a white list...

-edit... lolllll they added eshop support in 2.1 public right?... i'm still using the private beta i think... haha, i'll update and see if this is still true... ha

Sorry to say dude the one I highlighted is just a fake its the same as the BigBlueBox release, no different. If it works where did you lift it from its not been uploaded to any of my sites? It looks like the title have been taken on sites I might of been just too late to of grabbed it or something.

the one you highlighted is fake? i downloaded it and was playing it this morning...
i even said it my post that it works

the other one the was released earlier is in .cia format, as in, it seems one day we will be able to install it, but we can't yet.

-edit. not to be mean... but, did you actually test it out? i try not to spread false information, if i am not 100% sure i at least say so, so i don't really see how you can write stuff like that etc...
you're not 'too late' to have grabbed it, it only came out yesterday or something, i found it on kickasstor... it looked like it had only been up there an hour when i went to download it
