i just bought a vita
it's on 3.01 firmware
i'm thinking of installing TN-V8 on it
but i wonder if my old vita games will work
i mean will it work like a PSP n lose the vita ability?

and also
is it safe to install TN-V8 on 3.01 firmware
is there a risk that i will brick my vita?

i'd be glad if someone also give a me An "easy to understand" tutorial
i'm completely a noob

thanks in advance

you must have the game NEEDED for the exploit installed on your vita
see

First of all, as mentioned above, you need to own an exploitable game in order to do the exploit.

TN-V doesn't touch anything Vita side, it's launched when the exploitable game is launched and loads the exploit so all your Vita games will be fine.

It's safe enough to install TN-V, but again you have to have the exploited game to get it to work. There's a very little chance you'll brick your Vita.

No, that's wrong. It doesn't matter what firmware your Vita is on, all PSP games are supported in TN-V.

TN-V is a CEF, or Custom Emulator Firmware. It's a full fledged PSP firmware emulator that is run inside a sandbox in the Vita. Vita mode is NOT affected at all by the emulator, it's all run in PSP mode hence why no Vita improvements are available.

Think of TN-V as a separate PSP inside the Vita, it can do just about anything a PSP can, the only exception being some issues running PSP games.

EDIT: The list above is the list of all the games used to exploit the charted firmware, so Everybody's Tennis is needed to exploit Vita's on 1.61 or lower firmwares.

Just googled
googled
Some forums said I need to buy the game or at least have a ps3 to install the exploited game..
Is that true? If it's then how do i install the ecfw?
From the tutorial in wololo.net they look like a simple processes but still i'm confused..
Is it really i just need to put files inside the folder and voila! The ecfw pops out of nowhere..

Thanks before..
Hope i can pay you back..
